Founding Attorney A.C. Jones is both a highly skilled Trial Attorney, and a gifted and well known Law Professor.
He spent over 20 years in law enforcement before working exclusively as a criminal defense attorney for the last 17 years. As a result, he has an vast array of unique knowledge and skillsets which have served our clients well. He is widely known and respected in the legal community for his superior ability at cross-examination of even the most typically challenging witnesses, often police officers.
He has been a frequently requested Speaker who has taught numerous legal classes in the area to other practicing attorneys. He is described as "masterful" at explaining complex legal issues in everyday language.

In cases of criminal accusations, positive results are the ultimate goal.
If the reasonably desired result is a full dismissal of any and all charges, that will be our end goal. In some cases a reasonable result may be a reduction from felony to misdemeanor charges, or misdemeanor charges down to infractions or diversions. We have taken every type of criminal case to trial, including those Homicides that could lead to the imposition of the Death Penalty. In every case, we focus on securing the best possible outcome.
At INLAND EMPIRE JUSTICE, we do not accept every case. Just as you, a discerning potential client carefully considers your legal choices, we designed our firm in a manner which allows us to bring our passion, and relentless quest for justice to our selected clientele.
Other attorneys or larger firms view a jury trial as an absolute last resort. By contrast, we view it as oftentimes absolutely necessary and desirous. We say to the prosecution, "prove your case, beyond a reasonable doubt, to a jury of our peers." If not, i "move out of our way."

As with most things in life, in the case of criminal accusations "timing is everything." It is important that you secure your legal representation as soon as possible. While we at INLAND EMPIRE JUSTICE, feel that we are the best decision that you can make for your legal representation, it is ultimately more important that you select a firm with whom YOU feel confident. For that reason, we will provide you a free consultation up to 20 minutes. Afterwards, upon mutual agreement, we look forward to working with you.
